Organisation & Regulation
ABS&P International Law Firm ("ABS&P") is the legal service division and trading name of ABS&P Partners S.A. It is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England & Wales (SRA) under ID no. 8010839 as a law firm that is not subject to SRA regulation. ABS&P is also registered with the National Registry of Costa Rica under registration number 3-101-814796 and is duly registered with the Costa Rican tax authority.  The firm operates under the Commercial Code of Costa Rica and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC).

Our History
ABS&P was founded by Dr Andre Alexander, an experienced and qualified English common law lawyer.

Since its inception in 2021, the firm has challenged conventional thinking and redefined what clients should expect from legal services. Recognised in legal directories for excellence and as a leading international law firm, ABS&P is driven by innovation, integrity and an unwavering commitment to justice.

In mid-2026, it became a 90% virtual international law firm - one of the first of its kind in the world.

Alexander Byrne Sidhu & Partners SA is a corporation registered with the National Registry of Costa Rica under number 3-101-814796, and duly enrolled with the Costa Rican tax authority for the provision of legal and allied business services.
