Our international practice is supported by a senior select group of distinguished Senior and King’s Counsel who are eminent independent counsel, each specially associated with the firm and its international client work. James is a leading English barrister and Jersey Advocate. He has multiple bar admissions and is highly experienced in complex international financial disputes. James is able to engage clients with multijurisdictional and complex issues in the field of trusts, financial and banking law.

Mr Castro is a highly experienced Costa Rican lawyer and full-service practitioner specialising in corporate family and regulatory law. He and his litigation team handle matters covering the entire scope of Costa Rican law.

Anne's background is in IT services and legal practice. She manages our team of remote Practice Support Associates and provides administrative backup for the Partners. She is a former legal consultant at a top-tier German firm and was a Mediation Awards Judge (2020) and Contributing Editor for Sweet & Maxwell Legal and Professional UK for its energy law journals (Energy Law and Regulation in the European Union). She is competent in 6 languages including English, German, Russian and Spanish. Anne is a former Fellow of the RSA.
